Golden Snowflakes - Essie Marshmallow stamped with China Glaze 2030
Heehee, the name is supposed to be somewhat funny - just remember, seriously, to never eat golden (yellow) snow!! Now, I'm not very good at stamping, but I don't even care if the snowflakes didn't come out perfect. I call this a success. It just makes me smile and think of a beautiful winter.
For good measure, here is a picture of Essie Marshmallow on it's own, because this is how I wore it for two days before stamping it (it was taken in low lighting so it's a tiny bit blurry):
Essie - Marshmallow

ReplyDeleteLOL I don't eat yellow snow either ;)
ReplyDeleteBut white/frosty white and gold is a good combination on nails, very nice!
These are stunning!
ReplyDeleteThis is really pretty! Essie Marshmallow is on my wishlist. I like how it's a white but it's not chalky looking or a stark white.
ReplyDeleteThese are really beautiful and Marshmallow looks perfect on you!

ReplyDeleteThis is really beautiful, wish I had thought of this!
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS! How many coats of Marshmallow did you use?
ReplyDeleteI'd like to know too. I used 3 and it doesn't look that good.
DeleteIt was a long time ago, so I'm not sure, but I think it was three coats. That's usually how many Marshmallow takes to be opaque for me.
DeleteSooo pretty. I cannot wait to try this in the winter! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHi! Saw this mani on Pinterest, and was wondering what stamping plate you used(and what gold polish)! ANY info would great. I love it.:)
